Stephen Patrick is our winter resident expert. Stephen has spend a good deal of time with us this winter and we sincerely hope we are able make a habit of his residency.  He is not only a Whiteface Mountain Guru but his overall knowledge of the Sport of Skiing is massive. 

Stephen has been instrumental in passing on the "real" ski conditions to the Lodge and has aided numerous Lodge guests from the basics of equipment purchases to the best trails for their skiing level.

We thank Stephen for all his work on our behalf this year and look forward to his hosting our first annual Beginner Ski Seminar in the Fall of 2010 where Stephen and the folks at Cunningham Sports will present a well rounded program to help the beginner not fall prey to the "sellers of high-priced junk".  Entering the sport of skiing does not have to be a budget breaker. Cunningham's and Stephen will are able to craft a entry level set up for who want to ski.
